Easy access, close to the train station, friendly staff , quite and very nice hotel

I hope that , they can provide slippers to the rooms that will help alot

Very confortable and modern with spacious rooms.

Location of the hotel is very good, and many sight seeing place are within walking distance. In addition, the room was very clean and comfortable. Free transportation ticket was available (included in the hotel service) during stay.

The stuff where affable, and the room was a nice size with comfy beds.

Everything was fine, absolutely perfect location very close to 2 minutes from Train station, easily accessible public transport and shopping area and restaurants, good experience. The staff was top-class & efficient. Rich and very good breakfast with German cuisines was a nice touch...

Wonderful hotel in Mainz. Room was well appointed, clean, and modern. My wife loved the bathroom so if that helps your decision. There's a tram stop directly in front of the hotel and the train station is a 5 mintue walk. Not directly near the city center, but a 10-15 minute walk will take you there. Had to pay for wi-fi. Great value overall though!

We liked everything. we were pleasantly surprised as we really did not know much about the hotel but it exceeded our expectations in every aspect. We will all definitely stay at other intercity hotels and we have already recommend the intercityhotel Mainz to our friends thank you for making our visit to Mianz memorable

Comfortable room, clean bathroom, with a very nice staff at the reception who provided clear information during my two-night solo stay, making it easy to explore the city due to its excellent location near all major transport links.

The InterCity Hotel Mainz is a little isolated from the center city, but it is quite close to the train transportation as well as city transportation. Quiet, clean, and a great value make this a great hotel to stay. Also, the breakfast buffet is varied and good.

This is a nice hotel for adults, especially mature adults, but I would not recommend it for families with children. Also, the restaurant is not open for dinner, and we not informed beforehand.

Nice clean hotel located close to the station. Mainz is a small town so it was easy to walk to the nicer parts of the city. The staff were very helpful.

We had a double bed but they only provided two single duvets. Just seemed a little odd.

I had a nice stay at this hotel, especially enjoying the big, comfy room and the delicious breakfast. After a long day, relaxing in the cozy lounge area was just what I needed. The only bummer was that I couldn’t find an iron in my room, but it didn't ruin my good experience! 😊
